Dear everyone on the other team,

21 October 2009 | football,Kellen sports

My son enjoys football, but he is not particularly gifted at it.   He has had a few decent catches this year, and even made a touchdown or two.  But he is not amazingly skilled; scouts have not come looking; the NFL is not beating a path to our door.

There is most certainly no reason to do this:

Seriously?  You’ve got one kid fixing to fall on him, and one kid backing up his booty right up in my son’s space.  I’m not sure what constitutes pass interference, but I don’t think this is it.  It WAS enough, however to keep him from catching the ball, which I guess is sort of the point.

But we’ve only got a few games left this season, and I’d really love to get just one quality, focused, awesome photo of my son catching the ball.  So could you back up just a little?  Give him some space??  I mean, come on, give a kid a chance, would you?

Hey Kristie, not to rain on your new site or anything, but “is” is spelled wrong in your banner. It says “Everything on this site IT true . . . ” I know that kind of stuff drives you crazy, so . . .

I love your new blog! Welcome back…and glad you were able to enjoy some family and friend time at Great Wolf. Going back a couple of posts – all of your scrapbook talk is starting to motivate me to get back to it, now that my oldest is 10 and there’s a new baby in the house! :) Thanks for blogging about the everyday “stuff” – you are very funny, oh so smart and I look forward to stopping by here to see what you and yours are up to.

Congrats on the “new” blog. Yes, I’ve already bookmarked your newest page. Consider me a stalker, still!! :)

I truly miss the days Travis played football. This is his first year not playing and while I love his new hobby/past time/sport, I miss the football.

Okay now I think I’ve got it. My problem was that I couldn’t see this whole section because it was so white or maybe because I’m just too blind.

If those “other” kids from the “other” team would get out of his way, then the scouts and the NFL might come looking!! (just saying)

Hey, I love the new site. I can get here easily, and I did everything necessary to follow you yesterday (I think), but today I got this error message:

You have followed this URL, but we couldn’t find a feed for it. Please check that the URL is correct

I’m hoping this is a problem on your end and not mine (because I don’t know how to fix it if it’s on mine.)
