…. because I really can’t think of anything else to talk about.
(this is what happens when your mom is in charge of ticket sales and she makes you go early and pose for pictures before any of your friends have shown up …..)
What cuties!! Where did you get Brayden’s dress? My daughter has to find a dress for her 8th grade graduation dance and it’s hard to find age appropriate — yet still pretty and fun — options.
Wow Kristie…..seeing how fast your kids are growing up is almost as scary as seeing the kids in our family get older. Love the pics and Brayden’s dress. We went out to eat a few weeks back and there were some kids there who were all dressed up, probaby going to a Sweetheart dance. I’m pretty sure they were from the junior high school because they had parent chauffers with them. Man sakes, some of the dresses those girls had on were just shameless. I love the way that Brayden is always so feminine, yet modest. I hope to instill the same type of values in my own daughter who is also very much a “girly, girl.”
Mary, we found it last year at Dillards. She loved it, so I made her buy one size too large …… then she grew more than I expected and it still wound up being a little tight. Lesson learned, huh? Kristie
I too love her dress-
But I also LOVE the way that Kellen was dressed. Thank you Mom for encouraging him to dress up too.
(cool wristbands too!-made me smile)
I miss the days where I could buy ahead. Can’t do that anymore for my bigs, only the littles.
Alisa, I actually bought him the tuxedo t-shirt to wear …. dressing up was his idea! Of course, he waited until that night to tell me his dress slacks were so tight that he couldn’t tuck the shirt in. And he’s been wearing them to church like that for *how* long??? Kristie

Great pictures. Love the dress. But the real question – is she still wearing the wristbands from the Great Wolf Lodge?!! :)
