Is there anything sadder or more pathetic than an 8+ months pregnant lady, stranded, in a parking lot, in a thunderstorm, with a flat tire?

Thank you, sweet baby Jesus, for the person who invented roadside assistance. Best money we ever spent. My knight in shining armor today was a man named “Wes” in a flannel shirt and trucker hat. Never so happy to see anyone in my entire life.

Oooo! That happened to me, too! I got a flat on I-35 between Austin/San Antonio when I was 8 months pregnant! Some dude and his wife stopped to help me, TG! Not that I can’t change a tire, but at 8 months pregnant, I was lucky to be able to get out of the dang car on my own. You’re right, that is pretty sad and pathetic :) At least I wasn’t in a thunderstorm. Thanks for helping, Flannel-Wes!

On another note, a woman from your town won the trip on Regis&Kelly this morning. I felt an odd connection.
