I’m so happy for Kendrie!!! It’s great to hear the good stories. We’ve done the neuro-psych. Clayton has many of the classic long term problems. But more than that, Long Term Cognivitve Effects do not qualify you for an IEP. (Which he desperately needed.) We had to have him diagnosed with another issue to get him qualified. I never thought I’d be happy that my kid has so many issues!!

Glad to hear..and it is interesting to hear what other clinics do… ours has no “Life After Cancer” clinic. We do the echo every 5 years and ekg..she has never had one..(was told it was doxirubison spelled very wrong)..has not had a neuro-psych in several years and no plans at this time. She is to have the echo next visit, so in a year…was also told to start vit D for her…

but isn’t it nice to know we have “normal” kids now…

SO, SO, SO, SO happy to hear about all of Kendrie’s test results today. Think of you all often, and LOVE checking in with you a couple times a week on the blog. Though of you when I tried to move a piece of furniture from my living room to the boy’s room so we’d have room for the Christmas tree. It got stuck in the hallway, and I thought, “Where is Blaine and Kristie’s bro-in-law when I need them?!”
